Some of the work done since we have owned the house
2007
- Upgraded electric service/fuse box to 200 AMP
- Replaced electric receptacles and switches in most of the house
- New energy efficient furnace and central air
- Septic Tank pumped in August 2007
- Replaced all galvanized plumbing (basically all outgoing plumbing) with PVC
- Painted all bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and the hallway
2008
- Remodeled kitchen (new tile flooring, lighting fixtures, countertop, sink, faucet, and more)
- Insulation blown into attic floor
- All new energy efficient exterior doors (except for the sun-room)
- Painted block portion of the house (the front by the garage)
- Installed an insulated wall between the basement and the garage
2009
- Painted sunroom
- Replaced 2 of the 4 basement sump pumps (originally put in by Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing)
- Deck stained with an opaque stain (same color as block portion of the house)
- Remodeled the full bath (new flooring, bead-board, vanity, mirror, lights, vent, toilet, and more)
- Painted basement and garage
